Customers on the 300 and 400 blocks of W. Walnut Street are now ready for installs. Call customer service to schedule your install today. Customers on the 400 block of College Avenue received network extensions and the 200 block of Elm Street have received fiber drops.Crews have also begun hanging network extensions on the 2 x 4 block radius between N. Lime and N. Shippen Street and from E. Liberty to E. Frederick Street.

While crews are working on the Northwest section of the city, customers may experience a 5-15 minute interruption in service. If the interruption is expected to last more than 15 minutes, You will receive an email from customer service detailing your outage times.
